🎧 BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN & BLUETOOTH_CONNECT:
Allows you to use Bluetooth headsets and audio devices for a better learning experience, especially during speaking and listening exercises.
📡 ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE:
Helps the app determine if you have an active internet connection to provide the best learning experience and sync your data.
🔊 MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS:
Enables adjustment of audio settings for optimal pronunciation practice and listening comprehension exercises.
3. How We Use Your Information

9. Subscription & Billing Information (Required by Apple)
Talkly AI uses auto-renewable subscriptions to provide access to premium features. All payments, billing information, and renewals are processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not have access to your credit card number, banking details, or full payment data.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple according to their policies.
Talkly AI only receives non-personal, anonymous purchase status information needed to activate your premium access.
